Everything tree service pros ask before signing on.
What plans do you offer?
We offer three managed website plans with no setup fees.
Lite ($150/mo, month-to-month): A focused 5-page website with hosting, SSL, basic on-page SEO and local schema, a Review Request Page, Google Business Profile setup or audit, and an annual refresh plus operational edits. No contract — cancel anytime.
Growth ($350/mo, 12-month term): A multi-page managed website with expanded on-page SEO and local schema, a Review Request Page, monthly Google Business Profile activity, hosting, SSL, unlimited basic edits, one new or improved page per month, call tracking, and missed-call textback. Launches with 5 core pages and 3 service or city pages. Full ownership transfers at the end of the term. This is the most popular option.
Pro ($750/mo, 12-month term): An expanded growth-focused website with two new or improved pages per month, weekly Google Business Profile activity, call tracking, missed-call textback, Google Search Ads setup and management for up to three focused campaigns, and LSA setup and ongoing maintenance where available. Launches with 5 core pages and 5 service or city pages. Full ownership transfers at the end of the term.
Additional service or city pages are $100 each on any plan.
How many pages do I get?
Lite launches with 5 pages covering your services, service area, photos, trust signals, reviews, contact form, and click-to-call.
Growth launches with 5 core pages and 3 service or city pages, then adds one new or improved page per month.
Pro launches with 5 core pages and 5 service or city pages, then adds two new or improved pages per month.
Additional service or city pages are $100 each on any plan. Ongoing monthly page work does not roll over.
How does billing work?
There are no setup fees on any plan. Your first payment is due at kickoff to start the build.
Lite is month-to-month from day one — no contract, no minimum term, cancel anytime.
Growth and Pro are 12-month terms. At the end of the term, you own the finished site. Most clients continue at the same monthly rate — hosting, updates, and support stay in place.
Recurring payments are handled automatically through Stripe on the same billing date each month.
What happens after my initial term?
On Growth and Pro, completing the 12-month term means the site is yours. You can continue month-to-month at the same rate — hosting, updates, and support stay exactly the same. Or you can cancel and take the files.
Lite has no initial term. It's month-to-month from the start, so there's nothing that changes — you can cancel anytime.
What happens if I cancel?
On Lite, your service ends and the site comes offline. No contract, so you can cancel anytime.
On Growth and Pro, if you've completed the initial term, the site is yours — you keep the files. If you cancel before completing the term, the site comes offline at the end of the billing period.
Your domain, logo, photos, and written copy remain yours regardless.
What is the Review Request Page?
Every plan includes a Review Request Page at your domain, such as yourbusiness.com/feedback.
You send customers the link or a QR code after the job.
Happy customers can leave a public review on Google, Yelp, Nextdoor, or other platforms.
If something was off, they can contact you privately first. See Demo.
What do you need from me to get started?
Not much. Once you're ready to move forward, we'll need your logo, a few photos of your work, and basic business info — services, service area, contact details. If you don't have professional photos yet, we'll work with what you have. We handle everything else from there.
Can you write the copy for my site?
Yes. You don't need to write a word. We'll pull what we need from our kickoff call — your services, your market, what makes you different — and write copy that sounds like a real tree service pro, not a template.
How fast will my site launch?
Once we have your payment and materials — logo, business info, photos — we get to work. Most sites are live within 7–10 business days.
Do I have to commit before seeing the work?
No. Before you pay anything, you'll see a working homepage built around your business — your services, your market, your name on it. Not a mockup or a template with your logo swapped in. A real, hand-coded page.
If it doesn't look right or feel like a fit, you walk away with nothing owed. Most people are ready to move forward after seeing it.
Why don't you use WordPress or page builders?
WordPress sites rely on plugins that break and create security risks. Page builders bloat your code and slow your site down. We hand-code everything from scratch. The result is a site that loads in under a second, never breaks on its own, and has nothing for hackers to exploit.
Do you manage Google Profiles?
Yes. Google Business Profile support is included with all plans.
Lite includes a one-time setup or audit to make sure your profile is complete and aligned with your website.
Growth includes monthly Google Business Profile activity to keep your listing current.
Pro includes weekly Google Business Profile activity for more active profile management.
What does ongoing page work mean?
It means we add or improve service, service-area, or specialty pages over time based on what people are searching for and what your business wants to target.
Some months that may mean a new page. Other months it may mean improving an existing page.
Growth includes one new or improved page per month. Pro includes two new or improved pages per month. Unused monthly page work does not roll over.
Are edits really unlimited on Growth?
Yes. Growth includes unlimited edits to existing pages — copy, text, photos, business info, links, and forms. If it lives on the site already, it can be updated.
New pages, new sections, and redesigns are separate. Those are handled through the one monthly page included with Growth or quoted individually.
Do tree service companies really need a website?
Yes. Tree work is high-trust, high-ticket, and often urgent. Homeowners compare companies quickly, especially on mobile. A fast, professional website helps you look credible, explain your services, and make it easy to call.
How do I rank my tree service on Google Maps?
Google Maps ranking comes down to three things: a complete and active Google Business Profile, a fast website, and consistent five-star reviews.
Your Google Business Profile needs accurate service categories, real job photos, and regular updates. Your website needs to load fast, mention your city and services clearly, and link to your Google Business Profile. Reviews are the multiplier — the more recent and relevant, the higher you climb.
Lite includes a one-time Google Profile setup or audit. Growth includes monthly Google Business Profile activity. Pro includes weekly activity.
What is the Pro plan?
Pro is $750/mo on a 12-month term. It is built for established tree service companies that want stronger local coverage, better lead tracking, and support for Google Ads and Local Services Ads.
Pro includes an expanded website foundation, two new or improved pages per month, weekly Google Business Profile activity, call tracking, missed-call textback, Google Search Ads setup and management for up to three focused campaigns, and LSA setup and ongoing profile maintenance where available.
Ad spend, LSA budget, call tracking software, SMS software, and third-party platform fees are paid separately by the client.
Is hosting included?
Yes, hosting and SSL are included with all three plans — Lite, Growth, and Pro.
Do monthly page improvements roll over?
No. Unused monthly page work on Growth or Pro does not roll over to the following month.
Do I own the website?
Your domain, logo, photos, and written copy are always yours on any plan. Growth and Pro clients own the finished site at the end of the 12-month term — most simply continue at the same monthly rate. Lite is month-to-month with no contract.
Which plan is right for my tree service company?
Lite is best for a professional online presence. Five pages, fast to launch, covers the essentials.
Growth is best for tree services focused on local SEO — a solid multi-page foundation, monthly page expansion, call tracking, missed-call textback, and Google Business Profile management. It is the most popular option.
Pro is best for established companies ready to run ads — everything in Growth plus Google Search Ads, LSA, two pages per month, and weekly Google Business Profile activity.
What is the difference between Growth and Pro?
Growth is the local SEO plan — a multi-page site built for local search, with monthly page expansion, call tracking, missed-call textback, and Google Business Profile management. Pro adds Google Search Ads, LSA, two pages per month instead of one, and weekly Google Business Profile activity.
Do you manage Google Ads?
Yes, on Pro. Pro includes Google Search Ads setup and management for up to three focused campaigns. Ad spend is paid directly to Google.
Lite and Growth do not include paid ad management.
Does Pro include ad spend?
No. Google ad spend, LSA budget, call tracking software, SMS software, and any third-party platform fees are paid directly by the client. Pro includes the setup, structure, management, and maintenance support for these channels — not the underlying media spend.
Is LSA available everywhere?
No. Local Services Ads availability, approval, ranking, and lead volume depend on Google, market, business category, reviews, responsiveness, and eligibility requirements. Pro includes setup and ongoing profile maintenance where LSA is available, but availability and results are not guaranteed.
